I am an indoor hitting facility owner called Xtra Innings, Iowa high school varsity baseball coach, and Victory Mounds Chief Operating Officer. As a result, I have high expectations for any organization I work for and with. The four-person executive team at Victory Mounds possesses a vast array of experience in the industry. Rush Nigut, a Des Moines, Iowa, executive and long-time baseball enthusiast, acquired the former Arizona Baseball Company. He will serve as its new President. Rush is an innovator and strategist as he leads the team to grow and expand its offerings.
Craig Allison, National Sales Executive, has decades of experience as a player, coach and consultant. Craig is nationally recognized having helped schools, parks and recreation departments, leagues, and facilities across the nation on safe and effective portable pitching mounds. Mike Donohoe is a former collegiate pitcher and current hitting/pitching coach. He utilizes the best quality equipment and products in the business as our Field Equipment and Products Director. With an extensive marketing, communications, and operations background, I will lead the team’s indoor facility consulting services and marketing services.
